Smash mouth Up Close and Personal

When I heard that Smashmouth was going to be playing at the Bookwise convention for a private, intimate concert, I couldn't believe it. Not to mention the cost of our convention as Bookwise associates was free.

But it was true.

And it was one of the best concerts I had ever been to, because we were inches from the band, Steve Harwell pulled kids and moms to the stage to party and jam. They handed out drum sticks and t-shirts, and when Richard Paul Evan's son was pulled on stage - it was only thoughts of him now starting a blog, and possibly a book deal.

They of course did their signature hit "All Star" for the raging audience that did as much as they could after a long day of bestseller performances.

I managed to get off some shots and a bit of video. Enjoy the tunes, and rock hard no matter how young or old you are!
